OrderYou can submit an order for products to Jaermannandstuebi C/O Duepunti Limited by completing the details required on the order page and submitting online. All prices are reflected in £UK Sterling and include VAT where applicable, providing delivery is to a location in the UK. Orders outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to an additional charge. Goods supplied are not for resale. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing and your credit card/debit card or PayPal payment is approved by PayPal or your credit card/debit card company. We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo.
The display of any product on our website is in no way an offer by us to sell to you. It is your response that is the offer. Accordingly, we are not liable to sell you any product that might be quoted at a price lower than that meant by us.
Acceptance of orderWe will notify you of our acceptance of your offer to purchase by email shortly after we receive it and your order payment has successfully been processed. At that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions, subject to our right to withdraw such acceptance where your offer relates to goods that have been priced below that which we intended and/or where discounts have been applied or used in error.
DeliveryWe make every effort to deliver all products within 10-12 working days of acceptance of your order. Where this is not possible, we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside of the UK.
Deliveries are based on the value of your order. Parcels bound for Islands offshore (excluding Channel Islands) or Scottish Highlands will be sent by Royal Mail. These deliveries will be made between 10 to 12 working days and will require a signature. A card will be left if you are not in directing you to reschedule a delivery or pick up from your local collection point. For the avoidance of doubt, working days include Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered and found to be in conformity to the contract. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason after two failed attempts by the courier (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products at your risk. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery charge for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.
DDUPlease note that recipients outside of the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to weather or customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
PriceThe price for the Goods and delivery shall be the prices quoted on the Company’s website at the time the order is placed inclusive of VAT.
Payment and TitlePayment may be made by the means specified on the Company’s website. The property in the Goods shall not pass to you until paid for in full, including VAT.
Until such time as the legal and beneficial ownership of the Goods passes to you, the Company shall be entitled at any time to require the Buyer to deliver up the Goods to the Company.
Passing of RiskThe Goods shall be at you risk as from delivery.
PaymentFor standard delivery we will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/ debit card or PayPal account.
Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000: Right to withdrawThe Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply to internet orders.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement, but this right ends seven days after the date we deliver the products to you. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your account within thirty days. HOWEVER, we may have delivered (or dispatched) the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you must return the products to us and pay the costs in doing so. To avoid this, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you. You must specify the order number and include proof of purchase (original email confirmations with order number and details.)
Once you have cancelled the purchase of the Goods, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the Goods. You must return the Goods to the Company at your expense. When you return the Goods, both a copy of the original proof of purchase and accompanying despatch note must be included. The Goods must be returned with their original product packaging. A proof of postage may be required in order to refund the price of Goods. You will have to specifically request and obtain a proof of posting at the time of returning Goods, as these are not always automatically provided. You must retain the proof of posting so that it is available should we request it.
Free DeliveryIf the Goods returned cause the aggregate order value to drop below the threshold total which resulted in free delivery of the Goods, then the cost of the original delivery shall be deducted from your refund.
Goods DiscrepanciesIf you receive Goods that are faulty/damaged, or not as ordered, the Company, will at its’ discretion, refund, replace or repair the item/s, as long as Goods are returned, if required (the cost of which will be refunded if the Goods are faulty/damaged/incorrect) and you comply with the returns process as contained in these Terms and Conditions.
The Company carries out a thorough product quality check before orders are despatched. However, if you receive damaged goods, you must inform us via firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on +44 (0) 208 843 2934 within 2 days of delivery for us to arrange for an exchange or a refund. When contacting us, please include your order reference number, your name and a description and product code of the damaged items. We also may ask for evidence, such as a photograph of the damaged products. If you wish for a refund for damaged goods, you will be refunded the full amount including the original delivery charges. Do not accept goods with visible damages.
Complaints ProcedureWe aim to satisfy the requirements of all of our customers as efficiently as we can, but we realise that at times things may go wrong. When they do we will put them right as soon as possible. WarrantiesThe products which are sold via this web site have been designed to comply with the statutory legal requirements of the United Kingdom. We can therefore make no representation or warranty that any product is compliant with health, safety or other legal requirements which apply outside the United Kingdom, unless delivery is within the EEA and common EEA Consumer Protection and Safety rules apply.
The majority of products will be covered for a period of 12 months from delivery, from defects in materials and workmanship. Please see our Returns Policy for more information. We will replace products (or, where relevant, the faulty part) free of charge or, refund to you the price of the products by way of credit to your credit card/debit card or PayPal account. This only applies if the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed. We will not have any further liability in respect of the products. The cost of Goods can only be refunded to the original payer, whose debit/credit card or other account was used to place the order.

Returns PolicyAt Jaermannandstuebi, our goal is to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. That is why, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns up to 28 days from the date of purchase. You must return the goods in the condition that you received them. We shall not accept used products or those sent in an unsuitable condition.

On approval, you will be asked to send back the goods clearly stating your full name and order reference number. Once the goods have been received, the refund will be processed. Unless it is expressly agreed by Jaermannandstuebi C/O Duepunti Limited, you will not be refunded any original delivery charges.
If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we would ask you to follow returns procedures set out above. We will refund you the purchase price, the delivery charge and any parcel carrier costs you may incur as a result of returning the goods to the Company.
When returning items you are recommended to keep a proof of posting. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
Confirmation and Governing LawA contract between you and the Company for the sale of our products will only exist once we confirm your order by emailing you to confirm that your order has been accepted.
The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of England.
