You must retain the proof of posting so that it is available should we request it.
Free DeliveryIf the Goods returned cause the aggregate order value to drop below the threshold total which resulted in free delivery of the Goods, then the cost of the original delivery shall be deducted from your refund.
Goods DiscrepanciesIf you receive Goods that are faulty/damaged, or not as ordered, the Company, will at its’ discretion, refund, replace or repair the item/s, as long as Goods are returned, if required (the cost of which will be refunded if the Goods are faulty/damaged/incorrect) and you comply with the returns process as contained in these Terms and Conditions.

However, if you receive damaged goods, you must inform us via email@example.com or calling us on +44 (0) 208 843 2934 within 2 days of delivery for us to arrange for an exchange or a refund.
